The beloved vegan cookies are now available online! A somewhat close relative to the amaretti cookies, a biskitto is a soft and chewy almond-based cookie. Perfectly crafted, and undeniably addictive, they make a great dessert accompaniment to a good cup of coffee or tea.

Biskittos are gluten-free and 100% plant-based.

A fresh batch of cookies is made every other day. Please expect your order accordingly. If you need your order on a specific date, please leave a note at checkout.

Matcha: Almonds, organic sugar, Japanese matcha, baking powder, psyllium husk powder, sea salt, vanilla extract (alcohol, vanilla bean extract) 

Almond: Almonds, organic sugar, almond extract (Purified water, organic alcohol, natural bitter almond oil), baking powder, psyllium husk powder, sea salt

Lemon & Lavender: Almonds, organic sugar, lemon extract (Alcohol, water, lemon oil), lavender flowers, baking powder, psyllium husk powder, sea salt

Hojicha: Almonds, organic sugar, Japanese hojicha, baking powder, psyllium husk powder, sea salt, vanilla extract (alcohol, vanilla bean extract) 

Format

Each cookie weighs approximately 35g.

Storage

Keep in an airtight container for optimal freshness.

Can also be frozen and thawed to be enjoyed later.
